Larry Grudzien brings more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits to his clients. During his career, Larry has held numerous senior employee benefit positions in major corporations, accounting firms and consulting firms. Larry has extensive expertise working with and advising clients of all sizes on a variety of employee benefit matters, including:
- Drafting and reviewing documents for qualified plans, deferred compensation plans, cafeteria plans, fringe benefit plans and health and welfare plans;
- Researching and writing memorandums for consultants and clients in all areas of employee benefits;
- Performing due diligence on employee benefit issues for merger, acquisition and outsourcing transactions;
- Drafting and reviewing external and internal employee communications and newsletters;
- Conducting client seminars, producing material and participating in client planning; and
