Duties: Drafting and reviewing documents for qualified plans, deferred compensation plans, cafeteria plans, fringe benefit plans and health and welfare plans; conducting research and writing memorandums for consultants and clients in all areas of employee benefits; advising various size employers in all areas of employee benefits, performing due diligence on employee benefit issues for merger, acquisition and outsourcing transactions; drafting and reviewing external and internal employee communications and newsletters; participating in marketing efforts by conducting client seminars, producing material and participating in client planning meetings planning; assisting in litigating employee benefit issues and supervising personnel and establishing policy.
